  • 3/16" Drill Bit
Impact:
  • Tape Measure
Misc:
  • Marker
Torx Bit:
  • T25
  1. 1 Prep for Mud Flap Install

Clean the fender where the bracket will sit, removing any dirt or grease so the bracket sits flat against the fender.

  2. 2 Mark holes for installing bracket
    Tools:
    • Marker

Hold the universal bracket against the fender at the desired mounting location so that it is aligned as seen in the photo. The bracket is designed to be bolted through any of the slots — choose four that are evenly spaced from top to bottom so the mudflap hangs straight. Mark the four bolt hole locations with a marker. Make sure the spacing is even throughout the bracket/fender.

  3. 3 Drill the holes for the bracket
    Tools:
    • 3/16" Drill Bit
    • Drill

Remove the bracket. Drill each marked location with a 3/16" drill bit. Remove any burrs or debris from the drilled holes.

  4. 4 Mount the bracket
    Tools:
    • T25
    • 3/8" Wrench

Align the bracket with the drilled holes and insert the four #10 bolts through the bracket and fender. Secure them on the backside with washers and nuts, then tighten evenly. Be sure the larger fender washers are on the outside of the Mudflap bracket.

  5. 5 Mount the Mudflap to the bracket
    Tools:
    • 3/8" Wrench
    • T25

Position the mudflap against the mounted bracket and align the holes. Insert the remaining four #10 bolts through the mudflap and bracket, secure with washers and nuts on the backside, and tighten evenly until snug.
