Radius Arm Overlay Install Guide

  1. 1 Prep Radius Arm

    Clean the radius arm where the Overlay will sit, removing any dirt or grease, so the Overlay sits flat against the arm. Wear safety glasses when drilling and clear all metal chips before installing the screws.

  2. 2 Install The Radius Arm Overlay
    Tools:
    • Drill
    • Marker
    • #29 Drill Bit
    • 8-32 Tap
    • T20

    Place the Radius Arm Overlay against the arm so that it is aligned as seen in the photo. Mark locations 1-6 with a marker. You will need to drill with a #29 Drill bit and then Tap with a 8-32 Tap. Once complete you can install the included #8-32 x 1/2" Torx head screws.

    Repeat for passenger side.
