The Gap Between Your Wheels And Your Truck

You picked the wheels. You picked the lift. Stand back and look at what sits between them — a strip of bare frame the factory painted black and never thought about again.

Every part of this truck is a decision you made. Except one.

Color Through the Middle

Aluminum, laser cut and CNC-formed to the contours of your frame. Two-tone powder coated in the colors you picked.

It won't rust — bolted to the one part of the truck that always does.

We Scanned The Frame. Then We Design To It.

Every model's frame is its own shape — the bends, the notches, where the mounts sit — so we scan them, draw the overlay to the geometry that comes back, and laser cut it to that. Nothing gets bent from flat stock and trimmed until it's close enough.

60 Minutes, Start To Finish

Bolts to factory holes wherever your truck gives us one. Some frame sections don't, so a few holes get drilled and tapped for #8 screws — small hardware, hand drill, done once. Same hardware down the whole length, so nothing marks out the section you drilled.

And it comes back off.

FAQ

Will it trap moisture against my frame?
No. The overlay contacts the frame only at the mounting points—there's no sealed cavity, and air and water move behind it the same way they do over a bare frame rail. We've had these running in the Northeast and on salted roads for years with no frame degradation reported back to us.
Is hardware included? If so, is the hardware stainless steel?
Stainless Steel hardware is included. Some vehicles will require re-using factory hardware, but most do not.
Is there a warranty on Frame Overlays?
Frame Overlays come with a one-year warranty on the construction and finish.

The finish is not covered under warranty if you order the Raw option.
Does it work with my fifth-wheel hitch?
If your hitch bolts to the face of the frame, no. If it doesn't, yes. Most factory hitches clear fine.

B&W hitches don't work — they mount a plate directly to the frame face. Check the fitment notes in the builder for your truck.
