Fitment
Universal fitment.
Ensure the inlet size matching the diameter of the exhaust on your truck. If you are between sizes, size up up. (ie 2.5" measured = 3" inlet).
Ensure you have clearance for the outlet size of the tip you are looking for.
Customization
Choose from four outlet sizes, three inlet sizes, two lengths, and four designs to match your tip to your build.
We offer five tip finish options: Black, Gloss Black, Gloss White, Polished and Raw.
Raw is raw metal is available so you can have the tip coated to whatever color you would like. We do not offer custom finish options on exhaust tips due to issues with heat.
Overlays and logos come in eight colors with the options to use a color of your choice.
We use Prismatic Powders, so feel free to browse their range of colors. Then select the custom finish option and input the desired color in the box that appears and/or the order notes.
FAQ
1. What is the lead time?
Most exhaust tips have a lead time of 2-3 weeks, but it may take up to 4 weeks because they are made to order.
Raw exhaust tips generally ship within one week as they do not need to get powder coated.
Custom color options will add 1-2 weeks to the lead time.
2. Exactly how do you install a TSO Exhaust Tip?
How do I install my tip?
Step 1: Place the tip onto your exhaust to confirm correct sizing. (It is normal for there to be a gap between your exhaust and the tip itself. This allows airflow and to help prevent the tip from overheating.) The only thing touching your exhaust should be the tabs.
Step 2: Mark on your exhaust where the four holes will be drilled.
Step 3: Use a 5/16th drill bit to drill the four holes.
Step 4: Place the tip on your exhaust and align with the four holes.
Step 5: Use the mounting hardware provided to bolt on the tip. You will need a 7/16th socket and wrench. (It is recommended that you bolt the top and bottom tabs on first to help stabilize the tip.)
* Please use the mounting hardware provided. If any other hardware is used, your warranty will be voided.
* DO NOT WELD THE TIP!! Your warranty will be voided.
3. Is there a warranty on TSO Exhaust Tips?
Exhaust Tips come with a one year warranty on the construction of the tip.
The finish (powder coating) has a 100 day warranty.
4. Can I swap sizes or colors if I don't love the way it looks on my truck?
If you're not 100% satisfied with the color combo or size of your tip, we will replace it within 100 days of fulfillment, even if you've installed it.

5. How long will the finish on my tip last?
We powder coat and polish our exhaust tips in-house to ensure the highest quality finish possible.
However, it is still an exhaust tip that is under extreme temperatures for extended durations as well being pummeled with rocks, mud, and road grime.
Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee the finish for more than 100 days. Some tips have lasted nearly six years while others last several months. It all depends on how you use your truck.
The finish will begin to fade after extended periods of exhaust temps above 400* (Temp of the exhaust at the tip).
If you live in a hilly area or haul heavy loads, we recommend Black, Polished or a Raw finish for the tip.
If your tip does fade over time, it can be stripped and recoated. The tip itself will last 10+ years.
