  • Installs in your driveway in as little as 30 minutes.

Fitment

Universal fitment.

Ensure the inlet size matching the diameter of the exhaust on your truck.

Does NOT work with tonneau covers. (Unless you want to fab something up)

Can be used with a toolbox; however, the stack must be placed behind or in front of the toolbox which reduces bed space.

We recommend having at least six inches of clearance between the stack and items in your bed to reduce the chance of burning the items onto your stack, especially plastic.

You can purchase the optional Heat Diffuser insert to keep your stack cool to the touch.

Customization

Choose from three outlet sizes, two inlet sizes, two lengths, and three designs to match your stack to your build.

We offer four stack finish options: Black, Gloss Black, Gloss White, and Raw.

Raw is raw metal is available so you can have the stack coated to whatever color you would like. The stack will rust if a coating is not applied. We do not offer custom finish options on exhaust tips due to issues with heat.

Overlays and logos come in eight colors with the options to use a color of your choice.

We use Prismatic Powders, so feel free to browse their range of colors. Then select the custom finish option and input the desired color in the box that appears and/or the order notes.

FAQ

1. What is the lead time?

Most stacks have a lead time of 10-14 business days, but it may take up to 4 weeks in rare circumstances because they are made to order.

Raw exhaust stacks generally ship within 5-7 business days as they do not need to get powder coated.

Custom color options will add 1-2 weeks to the lead time.

2. Exactly how do you install a TSO Exhaust Stack

  1. Look under your truck to get a rough idea of where the stack needs to sit. The stack needs to sit in line with your exhaust. This makes for a quicker, fuss-free installation.
  2. Place the stack in your bed without the inlet plate. Position the stack where you want it that line sup with your exhaust. Mark the bolt holes.
  3. Grab the inlet plate. Place it upside down so the inlet sticks up. Mark the circle for where you need to drill the inlet hole.
  4. Cut the inlet using a hole saw or jig saw. Cut the hole slightly larger than the inlet pipe so it fits properly.
  5. Using our Stack Install Kit or your materials. Cut the exhaust to the proper length. Connect the clamps, elbow, and pipe to your stack.
  6. That simple.

3. Is there a warranty on TSO Exhaust Stacks?

Exhaust Stacks come with a one year warranty on the construction of the stack.

The finish (powder coating) has a 100 day warranty.

4. Will soot blow on my truck after it rains?

Yes and no. But mostly yes.

If your worried about excessive soot, we recommend a Cat stack to blow the soot away from your truck and reduce the amount of rainwater that falls down your stack.

Another option we recommend is to drill a 1/4" hole at the bottom of the 90* elbow to allow most of the water to drip out of your exhaust while being small enough to not cause an exhaust leak.

5. How long will the finish on my stack last?

We powder coat our exhaust stacks in-house to ensure the highest quality finish possible.

However, it is still an exhaust stack that is under extreme temperatures for extended durations as exposed to items rolling around in your bed.

Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee the finish for more than 100 days. Some stacks have lasted nearly five years while others last several months. It all depends on how you use your truck.

The finish will begin to fade after extended periods of exhaust temps above 400* (Temp of the exhaust at the stack).

If you live in a hilly area or haul heavy loads, we recommend a Black or a Raw finish for the stack.

If your stack does fade or rust over time, it can be stripped and recoated. The stack itself will last 10+ years.
